Misuzu Yukimura

Started a business at age 14. Initially began with a retail business, then expanded into the beauty industry targeting Muslims.
Worked in planning and sales for NEXTWAY Inc. and STARWAY Inc., handling materials such as expanded polystyrene with special coatings and special films, under the leadership of an inventor president, gaining experience as an executive.
Later became a director in an IT company specializing in app development and then became independent.
Has successfully sold companies twice: once during her third year of university and again in May 2022.

Yuko Hayashi

Currently a Professor (Special Appointment) at the Graduate School of Technology Management, Yamaguchi University.
After graduating from the University of Tokyo, worked at IBM Japan, Inc., involved in system design and object-oriented programming language development.
Earned a Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo.
Her areas of expertise include innovation policies in healthcare, science and technology policies, and particularly the creation and implementation of advanced medical products, platform development, and the use of technology to achieve the SDGs.
Currently serves as an External Director at JCR Pharma Co., Ltd., a Member of the Liaison Committee of the Science Council of Japan, a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Medical Information and Life Sciences, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo, Vice President of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and Technology Management (MOT), a Director of the NPO JACFA supporting individuals with social withdrawal, a Permanent Director of the 3.11 Earthquake Orphans and Bereaved Families Sports and Culture Support Organization, and the Chairperson of the Japan Pickleball Federation.
Served as an Expert Member of the Cabinet Office's Gender Equality Promotion Liaison Council until 2021, and as a Director of Special Olympics Japan, a public interest foundation supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, until March 2023.

Hideo Hasegawa

Joined a major electronics manufacturer after graduating from university. Gained extensive experience in the finance and accounting departments.
Obtained an MBA from a business school in the United States.
After leaving the electronics manufacturer, served as CFO for a game software company and a manufacturing and retail business.
Subsequently taught global business as a university professor before retiring from full-time work.
After retirement, served as an advisor to venture companies and established large corporations.

Keiji Mitsubuchi

Graduated with a degree in Computer Mathematics from Stanford University.
Conducted research on artificial intelligence and distributed systems at a laboratory in Santa Clara, before becoming independent and starting an internet venture company in the U.S.
Also worked in mobile content distribution in Japan, and engaged in research and development in areas such as the metaverse, VR, and artificial intelligence.
Currently a full-time professor at Digital Hollywood University Graduate School, teaching in these fields.
